Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and boost team morale.
- Manage the full recruitment process, from talent sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Oversee the employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, while maintaining accurate employee records.
- Manage performance management processes, including goal-setting, feedback, and appraisals to align with organizational objectives.
- Address employee grievances and work to resolve conflicts, creating an inclusive and supportive workplace environment.
- Support HR operations, including payroll management and benefits administration, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to streamline HR processes and ensure operational effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent management, HR, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with HR software and performance management systems.
