Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- 5-9 years of experience in 3PL logistics, supply chain management, or product development roles within the logistics industry, with a proven track record of managing large-scale logistics operations.

- Deep understanding of product and solution development processes, from ideation to market launch.

- Strong experience in supply chain operations or product development within the logistics or supply chain industries, focused on warehouse management, distribution, and transportation operations, with driving operational efficiency.

Skills & Competencies:

- Proven ability to develop and execute scalable 3PL solutions that align with market trends and customer needs.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in a matrix organization and managing cross-functional teams.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for continuous improvement.

- Familiarity with financial modelling, pricing analysis, and go-to-market strategy in a logistics context.
