We want to add a CMO/Senior Sales Manager to our family.
We are looking for someone who can Clinch the Deal, will be responsible for the revenue target, dynamic, self-driven, and innovative who can identify potential clients show them how our brand can add value to their business, someone who likes to hustle and is capable of thinking out of the box.

Key Responsibilities:
- You will proactively engage with both the senior stakeholders and Co-Founder to understand their business goals and help them to build an effective sales plan
- Develop and execute agency sales strategy and identify target sectors, responsible for agency sales and business development activities across India
- Analyze & prepare annual sales budgets, responsible for generating revenue & collection, establish strategic plans to achieve maximum profits, and expand the customer base through extensive marketing
- Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition
- Manage existing & develop positive relationships with senior-level across pan India. Holding groups establishing long-term relationships with the ability to influence customers
- Supporting Account Manager/Client Servicing Executive in delivery of commercial aspects of accounts
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to drive market development and client education through marketing, client events & PR activities
- Maximize the impact of clients advertising budgets by using a range of media resources thus helping the Client to create brand awareness
- Ensure that Clients get high-class service and support, deliver a superior client experience by collaborating with our technical/product team
- Show thought leadership in the local market and attendance at industry events with clients
- 6+ years of agency experience - digital marketing, branding, website design & development business
- Consistent track record of achieving sales objectives and demonstrable planning and forecasting skills
- Ability to visualize, prepare and present exciting content pitches to existing and prospective clients
- Capacity to build compelling storylines and data-driven presentations that are customized to client's business and problems
- Experience with client and business development, on-boarding process and the long-life cycle sales process
Requirements & Qualification:
- A Graduate/Post Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

- Ability to innovate and implement change successfully
