Key Responsibilities

Source and hire Technical and Operations talent.

Strategically utilize job boards, networks, forums, blogs and research methods to source passive candidates.

Own and juggle multiple requisitions and maintain high quality/maximum traction for hiring at all times.

Accurately manage and update our ATS.

Create innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns around finding top talent.

What You Should Already Have:

2 + years of sourcing/recruiting experience with focus on engineering at a rapidly growing organization.

Willingness to be flexible and ability to work on Technical and Non Technical roles.

Proven track record of sourcing technical candidates across all platforms - Mobile, Web, Full-stack.

Strong experience in Boolean Searching and the ability to creatively source outside of the usual recruiter tools.

A successful track record of performing against quotas, deadlines, and meeting recruiting goals.

Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail.

Self Starter with ability to work in a face-paced environment.

You are located in Delhi and can work from our office in Okhla

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
