What You'll Be Doing :

- Strategize with Head of Talent and other department heads to create, develop and deliver a university recruiting and internship program

- Create a pipeline of talented candidates to match the requirements of the teams

- Develop and support diversity recruiting efforts across targeted campuses and affinity groups

- Partner with Marketing to develop collateral aligned with our brand messaging

- Attend and secure additional attendees, as needed, for campus and in-- house events

- Manage the summer intern and/or full- -time student programs, including on- boarding coordination with HR

- Develop processes for international recruiting efforts-

- Conduct pre-screens, evaluate candidates thoroughly, and efficiently move candidates through the process

- Partner with client teams and provide a consultative approach to recruiting

What You Should Already Have :

- 5+ years of fast-paced, high volume recruiting experience

- Results-driven acting with a sense of urgency

- Empowers the work environment and colleagues

- Proven ability to adapt to various groups and establish common ground to effectively influence others

- Exceptional recruiting business acumen including how to screen and sell candidates

- Proven sourcing skills

- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers

- Ability to work independently and as a team player, and be very proactive

- Detail-oriented and creative when it comes to improving our processes
