What You'll Be Doing :

- Source and hire engineering talent

- Strategically utilize job boards, networks, forums, blogs and research methods to source passive candidate

- Own and juggle multiple requisitions and maintain high quality/maximum traction for hiring at all times

- Accurately manage and update our applicant tracking system

- Create innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns to identify top talent

- Build a world-class team through dedication to the candidate experience

What You Should Already Have :

- 2+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience at a rapidly growing organization

- Flexible and willing to work on other roles bandwidth permitting

- Proven track record of sourcing ops candidates

- Strong experience in Boolean searching and the ability to creatively source outside of the usual recruiter tools

- Successful track record of performing against quotas, deadlines, and meeting recruiting goals

- Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail

- Self-motivated and eager to join a fast-paced environment
