What You'll Be Doing :

- Full cycle eng recruiting

- Evaluate candidates thoroughly checking personal qualifications to job requirements

- Conduct pre-screens and efficiently move candidates through our process

- Partner with client teams and provide a consultative approach to recruiting

What You Should Already Have :

- 8+ years of fast-paced, high volume recruiting experience

- Results-driven acting with a sense of urgency

- Empowers the work environment and colleagues

- Proven ability to adapt to various groups and establish common ground to effectively influence others

- Exceptional recruiting business acumen including how to screen and sell candidates

- Proven sourcing skills

- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers

- Ability to work independently and as a team player, and be very proactive

- Detail-oriented and creative when it comes to improving our processes
