- [24]7.ai is hiring Managers / Sr. Managers who can ensure that Programs/ Support Functions are compliant to the defined requirement of the client and 24/7 QMS. You- ll also have to employ Six Sigma / Process improvement methodologies to identify and constantly improve critical metrics of all programs.

- You should have a prior experience at establishing QMS for programs. Establish EWS mechanisms for critical metrics across the organization and conduct quarterly audits.

- Your technical competencies should also depict your analytical skills, and knowledge of Minitab. Your command over managing cross functional teams, identifying automation opportunities, logical thinking clubbed with in depth understanding of SLA and the ability to establish measurable improvements across activities will also be of great substance.

- While establishing QMS for every program you must also keep in mind Quality Assurance Plans, Audit frequency, gaps in the process, effective closure, and automation opportunities.
