- We are looking for an Operations Manager who can spearhead a team of frontline Team Leaders on the Operations floor, maintain desirable performance, engagement levels and focus on constant improvement.
- Your experience must reflect a successful stint at handling teams of 45 - 100 agents in Operations. You should have managed teams in a Chat environment.
- As a team manager your ability to solve problems, take well informed decisions, lead the team by example will be a requisite.
