Job Description :
Identify training needs of learners from foundation levels to advanced subject knowledge in the stipulated domain.
Facilitate day-to-day classes in an atmosphere that promotes caring and respect in accordance with the Mission and Vision of [24]7
Identify skill gaps and performance shortfalls and deliver coaching to an agreed plan formulated along with the Training Manager.
Synergize with Clients of [24]7 & operations teams to Plan, organize, and administer the prescribed curriculum in a creative and innovative way.
Be able to stimulate thinking and dialogue. Use a variety of training strategies/learning experiences, didactic mode/lecture, Group discussions, Role plays, simulations and small group exercises
Enable Individual reflection (e.g. journals, individual exercise, self-reflection before group discussion exercise)
Comfortably use Multimedia (video, audio) & other tools prescribed by the client.
Help learners in Goal Setting & conduct effective Feedback sessions
Work closely with team mates across training & operations to understand how facilitation for the class can be improved.
Understands the need of and sensitivity to culturally diverse learners.
Report and analyze progress of class.
Evaluate job readiness related to employment transition from skills training to product training to floor.
Constantly look at updating modules and bring in fresh perspective & prepare, plan and execute Product Update management on the floor.
Mentor learners and ensure that they are on track and can successfully move to the next phase of training.
Actively participate in team and organizational activities
Periodically look at developing self through internal, online and external training programmes.
Skills :
Should be open to working shifts prescribed by the manager
Should have deep domain expertise & teaching experience in the area of specialization Eg. Travel, Retail, Banking & BFSI
Experience in handling training batches in the ITeS industry with focus on KPIs and SLAs expected as floor outcomes.
Written and verbal communication skills of a very high order
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Analytical and logical thinking with an ability to understand abstract concepts.
Ability to be Creative and innovate
Presentation and facilitation skills
Effective class management skills
Problem solving skills
Microsoft suite skills.
Team work & Result Orientation
Should have verifiable corporate experience preferably in a multinational environment with a minimum of two years training
Exposure to international business cultures will be an advantage.
