Today a bulk of our business comes from North America, Australia, UK, and Europe.   However, increasingly consumers in emerging markets such as India are also demanding a more seamless customer experience across channels and are adopting our solutions as well.  Description: 	 - Manage Employee Relation and resolving queries of employees pertaining to policies, process, benefits etc.  - Act as a catalyst for building Organizational Effectiveness within the business.   - Educate business on HR trends that affect the business.	  - Assist in design, development and implementation of on-going employee development, calibration and succession planning processes  - Strong knowledge of HR and ability to apply to complex organizational issues is required.   - Define and implement the strategy and programs needed to successfully develop leaders, managers and employees.  - Bring about process improvements in the assigned Department		  - Support business objective through implementation and improvisation of human resource policies and processes	  - Analyze existing programs and make recommendations where necessary for ongoing improvements.  - Areas for research are employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, Career counseling, and C&B.  Qualifications:  - Education and Experience Required:  - MBA or an equivalent degree in Human Resources.  - Typically 8+ years of relevant experience in a generalist role  Knowledge and Skills Required:  - Excellent written and communication skills.  - Excellent interpersonal skills  - Strong functional acumen.
