Director & Center Head - Employee Relations
The Director HR has the overall responsibility for the HR ER function of the Bangalore center.
Work Location : Bangalore
Headcount : 4000+ employees
Team size : 20+
Work timings : 2 pm -11 pm (should be flexible to alter upto 1am)

Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes and strategies effective in India in order to meet overall business / corporate goals.
- Interact with Senior Leadership Team of the Company and develop manpower plans,adopt effective recruitment strategies and ensure that the required capacity and capability of the organization is maintained
- Facilitate and ensure effective employee relations and enable desired levels of harmony amongst all employees
- Create a strong internal communication system
- Develop policies and systems for employee welfare and retention
- Ensure effective planning & implementation of Training & Development activities for the employees across all levels
- Enable an effective Performance Management process with clear development and growth paths for the employees s/he supports.
- Support senior management with relevant information, guidance on people matters and industry trends in HR.
- Ensure that disciplinary and grievance procedures for all employee groups are of impeccable quality.
- Mentor and coach managers, align self and team to the organizational culture
- Be a lead for an evolved organization looking to move to the next level of excellence through HR thought leadership
Education Qualification :
- Should be an MBA with HR specialization from a reputed Institute or have acceptable experience in the domain.
Work experience :
- 12 + years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions in International BPO organizations
- Sound knowledge of and experience in HR strategy, processes and systems,compensation & benefits, payroll, organizational planning and development, employee relations, exit management and retention strategies.
- Should have managed employee relations for 3000+ employees in a mid sized or large organisation.
- Managed a large team size consisting 15 employees or more.
