Handling Core activities of C&B
Job Responsibilities
Experienced professional involved in implementation of a broad range of reward practices and policies. Works with finance in collating information relevant to monthly payroll rollout Support senior colleagues in rolling out merit salary increases or promotions related increases by organizing data. Prepare trends, reports for management to take decisions on various C&B & Performance Management issues. Handle variable pay-outs for the organization on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Minimum requirements (Education Qualification & Work Experience)
Education Qualification Graduate or above in any discipline
Work Experience
Minimum 1- 2 years experience in Compensation and Benefits function in an IT/ITES sector.
Certification / Trainings if any Should be good in MS office tools especially MS Excel.

This Level of skills is required to understand survey model, requirements and should be able to respond to survey questionnaires. Well versed in making compensation reports as per survey design.
