Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic MBA from premier B-School with very strong presentation and communication skills to be a key member of management team.

The Head of Business Development will an executive position reporting to and working closely with the founder and Head of Technology & Projects of the Company to achieve the Company's strategic sales objectives.

Company is planning to grow the team meaningfully this year, which will result in significant growth potential for this role. Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Develop and implement sales strategy.

- Responsible for overall revenue for the region.

- Penetrating into the market and finding new clients to expand revenue graph.

- Business development through wide range of 22by4's services selling.

- Create and or identify convergent opportunities with Brands that capitalize on the capacity to attract a desirable demographic.

- Discuss with the Programming Heads to ensure implementation of innovative concepts.

- Develop sales plans and goals by studying and understanding the market and approve all sales promotion campaigns.

- Monitor daily the sales processes.

- Scan the environment to gain insights into competitor strategies, potential business opportunities and market trends

- Recruit and train account Managers for the team and work with them to meet the target

- Communication to the team on their performance and organization direction and values

- Ensure all sales staff work seamlessly with programming and marketing/promotions

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Experience in working with Brands and selling creative digital services

- Experience in selling large application development projects (PHP, MongoDB, CouchBase etc.)

- Experience in selling Mobile App Development projects (Android, iOS, Windows)

- Experience of campaign management e.g. Google Ad Words, Ad Mob, Email, Display Advertising etc.

- Strong, effective communicator in writing, presentations and interpersonal communications

- Extraordinary attention to detail and ability to meet stringent targets/deadlines

- Agency experience will be given strong preference

- Experience of budgeting, reporting and analysis

- 4-8 years of customer-facing, relevant experience

- MBA from premier B-Schools or PG (Mass Communication or Marketing) a plus
