Financial Analyst

Job Role and responsibilities :

1. Perform financial forecasting, analysing and Interpreting financial data using analytical tool and operational metrics tracking and MIS Report Preparation

2. Analyse past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements

3. Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting

4. Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts

5. Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures

6. Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization and Revenue Analysis

7. Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards

8. Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps

9. Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models

10. Develop financial models to support valuation, planning, and forecasting and Aid in the capital budgeting and expenditure planning processes

Key Performance Attributes (Personal characteristics/selection criteria) :-

1. Working Knowledge of BI Tools and Tableau

2. High Proficiency in financial modeling, Deep Financial Acumen

3. Strong Analytical, Data Gathering, and Interpretation Skills

4. Chartered accountant or other equivalent professional qualification.

5. Proven work experience in a quantitatively-heavy role

6. Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
