We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Digital Marketing (Chief Digital Marketing Officer) to lead the digital marketing efforts for a large hospital system in India.
This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in healthcare marketing, experience in building strategies from the ground up (zero-to-one), and expertise in scaling operations.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the hospital system's business goals, focusing on patient acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns across SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising, and content marketing.
- Budget Oversight: Manage substantial marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI while ensuring cost efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team of digital marketing professionals while fostering collaboration with cross-functional departments.
- Agency Collaboration: Coordinate with external agencies to deliver high-quality creative assets, media planning, and campaign execution.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Healthcare Expertise: Leverage industry knowledge to create tailored strategies that resonate with healthcare consumers and address their unique needs.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in senior digital marketing roles within the healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated ability to scale marketing operations from zero-to-one while managing growth at scale.
- Strong knowledge of digital tools such as Salesforce CRM (must have), Google Analytics, SEO/SEM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and collaborate with external partners.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
