We are running an exciting and differentiated transformation Initiative called Project - Full Potential. As the head of Strategy and Transformation you will Track the progress of individual initiatives as well as surrounding dimensions (like Marketing, HR, Delivery, Products etc.) to ensure creation of a Full Potential conducive operational environment. Weekly agile reporting of transformation initiatives and setting the mechanism to receive information and report data. Responsibilities include conceptualizing / evangelizing best practices or identify new avenues in the various teams to create operational efficiencies
Role and responsibilities
Transformation Initiatives Tracking & Monitoring:
- Track and provide project status and audit reports.
- Manage the risk, issue and change resolution process, and work with other leaders to take corrective action as needed.
Prioritization
- Define project priorities, implementation opportunities and challenges to keep executives up-to-date with project risks
Ways of Working
- Define ways of working between the different teams on the transformation initiatives
- Creation of trackers, buy-in from stakeholders and institutionalizing the trackers / plans
- Create reusable components/templates and institutionalize them
