Function Description
The Chief Product Officer (CPO) is head of a Product Management team building best in class products that deliver sustainable value to our clients and the business. The CPO is responsible for the strategic product direction, including product vision, product innovation, product design, product development, product implementation. The CPO works closely with Relationship Management, Sales, Operations, Project Management, Product Marketing, Risk Management, Compliance, and Finance. From the early stages of developing a new product concept to beyond product launch, a CPO balances the needs and goals of both the product and the business.
Roles and Responsibilities
Customer Insight
- Ongoing discovery with clients and prospects to understand the unique nature of different segment workflows and the current and prospective uses of all 1to1help's offerings and other research, analytic, news, and data content.
- Uncovering existing and expected gaps in client and third-party capabilities and offerings, client workflow requirements and gaps, and competitive intelligence.
- Proactive research and analysis of third-party intelligence sources to understand evolving market needs. Identifies new data sources, industry events, and industry insiders that/who can enhance the view of the market and opportunity.
- Develops platform for extracting and aggregating market feedback. Assimilates feedback into product roadmap.
- Refinement of existing market feedback strategy which currently includes use case and user persona mapping, win/loss analysis, usage analysis, UI optimization, and regular client/user surveys.
New Product Conception
- Synthesizes market experience with discovery and research to conceive and propose new product initiatives and enhancements to existing products.
