1K Kirana Bazaar - Operational Manager/Logistic Manager

1K Kirana Bazaar is looking to hire "Manager - Logistics". It's an opportunity to be a part of rapidly expanding Retail-Tech Startup.

Job Responsibilities :

1) Identification of process gaps in the existing operations and fulfill the same by creating standard process

2) Initiate scope and drive cross-functional projects for process execution and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations

3) To conduct and provide various logistics and operational analytical support including cost benefit analysis, operational impact studies, distribution network analysis, etc

4) Analyze data from AS-IS process to find bottlenecks and other issues

5) Work along with the KPI owner to conduct RCA of the deviation and support stakeholders in determining the corrective actions.

6) Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes

7) Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth

8) Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain

9) Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards

10) To solve complex operational problems with data driven approach

11) Plan & monitor logistic deliveries to achieve targeted SLAs

12) Create the company's supply chain strategy

13) Will lead a team of 4-5 Assistant managers

Qualifications & Skills:

1) B.Tech from IITs/NITs/BITS or MBA from NITIE

2) 3-5 years of experience in the Business Operations/SCM/Strategy/Program Management

3) Excellent communication & negotiations skills (engage with stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers)

4) Advanced MS Excel, SQL

5) Flexibility & adaptability to work in a fast paced environment

6) Good decision maker and have good presentation & communication skills
