Roles and Responsibilities:
- Leads monthly S&OP meetings with Sales Teams/Category team/operations team.
- Use current and historical sales information, market trends, customer forecasts to develop a rolling demand plan.
- Adherence to the S&OP best practices and coordination with Sales, BU, SCM to ensure on time Consensus Demand Planning release to financial planning.
- Establish Key learnings that would be taken forward to next S&OP cycle.
- Work to create open lines of communication with the Sales Team and Key Customer Accounts.
- Coordinate the Event Execution Process with all stakeholders to ensure on time event execution and alignment of demand plan with event calendar.
- Exception management by analyzing demand deviations to optimize cost, service, freshness and responsiveness across the value chain.
- Weekly tracking of MBP plan & Actual Sales for A class SKUs by Customer.
- Weekly tracking and improvement in % of Orders shipped Vs Orders received.
- Responsible for ensuring all master data required to perform statistical forecasts exist.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Should have done an MBA from a Tier-1 college.
- Should have an experience of 4-6 years in demand planning
- Experience in working with fast hyper-competitive, agile business environments.
- Candidates with FMCG background are preferred.
- Should be excellent in Advance Excel, SQL and Python.
