Key Deliverables :
- Handling overall Revenue of 50-60 Retail Stores
- Responsible for the increase in sales in the respective region.
- Ensure Achievement of Sales Targets Defined.
- Manage the sales growth along with his team for the respective territory.
- Conduct regular market visits to make sure business partners are satisfied with the services and follow all the operational SOPs, competitor analysis, marketing activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the territory.
Work Experience :
- A minimum experience of 2-3 years is required
- Team leading experience is mandatory
- Should have good communication skills
- Post-Graduate in Marketing Management / Retail Management / Operations Management
