Requirements:

- Past experience as a founder

- Ability to spot talent and build team

- Wearing multiple hats from product building to growth hacking

- Technical background/understanding

- Ability to think in 'first principle'

- Strong bias for action and moving fast

- Interest in the b2b space & products

- Experience with data/AI/ML would be helpful
