10times - Assistant Product Manager

- To understand customer needs and pain points and hence define the product working with cross functional teams

- To Identify the metrics for the product and the business to rigorously measure and improve them

- Define user personas/use cases to gain understanding from each perspective

- Be the first point of escalation for any product related problems/queries

- Positive, pro-active attitude with a will to deliver quickly, adhering to tight deadlines and excellent analytical skills to analyze and fix problems quickly

Responsibilities:

- Ownership of the product

- Oversee and manage the product on daily basis.

- Manage entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities

- Generate new product ideas, enhancements to existing product and collate requests from both internal and external requestors

- Assist in developing product strategy and road map for their product. The product roadmap is created by analyzing and prioritizing projects, determining the product design & development effort and negotiating the launch timeframes with development teams

- Create functional and UI specifications, business cases and wire frames, conduct specification reviews with requester groups and development teams and be the main contact for the specifications during the software development and implementation phases

Required skills:

1 - 3 years of internet product management experience, preferably consumer and user experience focused.

Strong problem solving, analytic, and decision making skills. Able to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and formulate effective actions plans to resolve issues

Successfully able to meet deadlines

B.tech with exp. of product management(1-3 yrs) or MBA would be preferred.

Experience in user experience design including usability and interaction design is a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional team environment is a must.
