Job Description :

- Responsible for entire zone sales and distribution - taking P&L ownership for the zone (- zone- refers to 1/2 states within the region)

- Responsible for distributor network expansion and extensive distributor on-boarding

- Constantly monitor store performance in the zone and create ways of upgrading store sales per day across the zone

- Being the 10i point of contact for all channel partners in the zone

- Responsible for resolving issues in the field within short turnaround time

- Drive & lead a team of account managers within his zone

- Ensure zonal managers meet sales target within 15 days sprint

- Ensure distributor & retailer satisfaction with 10i model within his zone

- Consolidate and present sales reports, market feedback and key strategic insights to the GM and Directors on an ongoing basis

- Innovate ways of penetrating the market within his zone

Skill Set :

- Strong leadership skills coupled with hands on sales experience of at least 8 yrs

- Understands the consumer behavior of the zone

- Closely worked with distributor networks of the zone in FMCG / Telecom

- Highly dependable with entrepreneur mindset and strong sales vision

- Open to work from the market to aggressively push 10i business model

- Commitment to excellence and getting the job done on or before time

- Excellent Negotiation & Influencing Skills

- Knowledge of local language is a must

- Open to travel
