Job Description :

- Defining product roadmap and driving the product to enhance existing functionality and introduce new features

- Analyzing data to improvise on features and flows to grow user base & meet business targets

- Optimize product features to make them user friendly and efficiently incorporate feedback from stake holders

- Own the product, its enhancements and version releases / launches in a systematic manner

- Detail, Formulate & Implement Product Features using strong business implications and customer requirements

- Create and maintain Product Backlogs keeping product feature priority in place

- Work across teams ( UI/UX, Operations & Sales) in enhancing impact of Product on revenue and efficiency

- Be the voice of the customer while enhancing product features

- Sound knowledge of the e-commerce and retail industry will be an added advantage

- Sound API knowledge and ability to leverage technology to meet strategic objectives

- Manage product improvements, use data analytics and business insights to improve product efficiency and ease of usage

- Passionately manage mission critical functions that improve customer experience

- Effectively launch features and train various stakeholders
