Job Description:

- Responsible for entire region sales and distribution - taking P&L ownership for the region (region- refer to North, West, South & East)

- Responsible for distributor network expansion and extensive distributor on-boarding

- Constantly monitor store performance in the region and create ways of upgrading store sales per day across the region

- Work with various stakeholders in identifying sales improvement opportunities, prioritize them and ensure value is delivered

- Being the 10i point of contact for all channel partners in the region

- Responsible for resolving issues in the field within short turnaround time

- Drive & lead a team of zonal managers across the region with strong focus on action and target achievement

- Set sales targets for the team and ensure that they are met over 15 days sprint

- Bring together market feedback and key strategic insights for the business

- Prepare Sales Reports for Board Meetings with accurate details and insights

- Prepare Pre & Post Sales risk and mitigation plans as and when needed

Skill Set:

- Strong leadership skills coupled with hands on sales experience of at least 10 yrs

- Understands the consumer behavior of the region

- Closely worked with distributor networks of the region in FMCG / Telecom

- Highly dependable with entrepreneur mindset and strong sales vision

- Open to work from home with regular market visits to aggressively push 10i

- Commitment to excellence and getting the job done on or before time

- Excellent Negotiation & Influencing Skills

- Knowledge of local language is a must

- Open to travel
