The job responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to :  Merchant acquisitions : Increasing the volume of shops, vendors, distributors actively trading on ShopX This will include effective communication and management of vendors, sourcing category products, one-on-one discussions with vendors, trade shows, and other events, Helping ShopX fine tune our focus on certain categories   - Supporting/Training/Onboarding a base of Vendors to ensure TAT or customer experience is excelled month on month  - Manpower planning as per business projections, anticipate regional bottlenecks  - Performance dashboard, Style/SKU/Vendor listing and delisting based on fulfillment risks involved  - Reverse channeling of goods - RTV/RTO/CR/Dispute resolution/Buybacks; Dry Runs and cataloging.  - Improving the volume of listings by merchants  - Driving retention initiatives depending upon past trends basis regression analytics  - Growing merchant word of mouth by creating and implementing community marketing efforts and managing and nurturing the merchant communication channel  - Leading the communication with and amongst the ShopX marketplace team  - Account Management, including assisting merchants with account queries, shop setup, and other service related issues and pinpointing merchant shop management difficulties and leading the way to a solution  - Driving all key metrics from user growth, improving contribution margins, reviewing & managing unit economics and scaling top line at a sustainable basis  - Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates  - Measure and report performance of all vendor campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)  - Cost effectiveness and budget planning & implementation  - Coach the team and constantly inspire innovation to achieve excellence  - Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities to identify opportunities and key issues  - Provide proactive solutions, brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
