10i - Category Head - eCommerce

Reporting into the management team, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the entire P&L of the category.

- Setting up the team that will be reporting into you

- Managing the marketing activities of the category

- Dealing with brands and vendors to ensure alliances are built

- Deciding the pricing and discount schemes that need to be implemented

The Successful Applicant:

- Should have had P&L responsibility previously, with Minimum 6 years of experience

- Entrepreneurial individual who has the drive and vision to expand the business.

- Independent and self driven (can you go to work every day by yourself and get things done- ).

- Willing to work in an environment of uncertainty and ambiguity. Define systems and processes to scale the business up.

- eCommerce exposure at a middle management level

- MBA from a good university will help. Expertise in leading retail brands will be valued.
