As a Sourcing specialist you will be responsible for handling the company's end to end sourcing operations. We are looking for a highly motivated sourcing specialist who will appraise and improve our sourcing activities by analyzing the company's spending, supplying partnerships and new possibilities.

Role Description :

- Responsible for sourcing goods, materials, and services at competitive prices for 10club - Baby & Toys, Sports & Fitness and Home Garden portfolio.

- Analyzing and calculating costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure.

- Know-how of import/domestic sourcing and implement inventory optimization strategies within the company.

- Discover profitable suppliers from across the key souring locations.

- Maintain and update the supplier database and find alternative suppliers if the existing ones are unable to meet their obligations.

- Work with growth team and other stakeholders to manage and execute new product developments.

- Establishing standards with regards to quality, delivery, and finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.

- Researching and keeping abreast with the latest market trend.

- Negotiating price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

- Cooperate with stakeholders to guarantee agreement on terms and processes.

Job Requirements

- 2-7 years of experience in sourcing processes.

- BE/B.Tech /MBA/PGDM would be preferred.

- Good with figures and in collecting, analysing and interpreting data.

- Data-oriented approach to problem-solving.

- Strong negotiation skills.

- Sound time-management and organizational skills.
