Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced brand and marketing manager. As part of the brand development function at 10Club, you will be responsible for driving the execution of brand-led communication across marketplaces (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Jiomart, FirstCry) and our D2C channels, for all our home portfolio categories - these include kitchen essentials, home organisation, furnishing and decor, baby and kids room, outdoor and garden, home fitness and wellness.
Key Responsibilities :
- You will lead the execution of catalogue development and upload, working closely with the marketplace operations, brand, and design teams to ensure consistency in communications across all sales channels - marketplaces and D2C website.
- Manage catalogue design and development, working with product, design and growth teams to ensure high performance - for existing listings and new product launches.
- Optimize content for all customer touchpoints including product titles, descriptions, photographs and videos, infographics, A+ content, packaging, and brand communications. - Manage listing updates, audits and corrections across channels to ensure brand and content guidelines are followed.
- Write and adapt product-focused content for listings across marketplaces and D2C websites.
- Manage catalogue design and content development, working in partnership with third-party agencies.
- Consistently, gather consumer and competition insights to optimise listings and measure impact based on key performance metrics.
Requirements :
- A degree in marketing, management or a related field
- 4-10 years of experience in brand or product management in a D2C company
- Experience in managing teams is mandatory.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing listings and catalogue development on Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.
- Excellent written skills in English, with a keen eye for detail. The ability to communicate with simplicity and clarity.
- Experience with a company that has multiple lines of business and product categories is a plus.
- An interest in using emerging technologies for content development, management and marketing.
