Role Overview :

- This role is for an experienced professional, who wants to play a key role in the rewriting of the e-commerce story in India. All e-commerce avenues are instrumental to winning and growing in our chosen space.

- The candidate selected for this role will work to ensure that our portfolio brands are growing aggressively and we are set up to outdo industry benchmarks and achieve explosive growth. This is a demanding role but since you are still reading this job description, we have concluded you love a good challenge!

- The candidate will own P&L and will double up to play the role of an intra-preneur. Delivering deep insight and not taking the eye off the execution agenda is a day in the life of this role. We are looking for professionals who have handled/ worked on multiple brands. This opportunity will help them build P&L across brands.

- This journey is all about taking our acquired brand from 1x to 10x in 36 months, while maintaining healthy margins. Strong empathy towards the sellers and an ability to work through the chaos of their early build out is a very important aspect of this role. The Growth leader is also a buddy/mentor to the newly acquired company as they transition to the new normal.
