Job Description

1. Accounting Operations - day to day monitoring and coordination between internal stakeholders and accounting team

2. MIS - Preparation of monthly MIS

3. Costing - Ensure the basic costing of the products are in-line with company policy

4. Revenue Recognition - Ensuring invoices are being raised in a timely manner. This involves coordinating with the operation team. The candidate is expected to support the operations teams in case there are any blockages.

5. Expense Recognition

6. GST - analyzing the applicable HSN and Rate of GST

Desired Qualification:

1. B.Com / Similar bachelors degree AND/OR

2. Qualified CA / Person who has completed CA inter

3. Must have led a team in account and finance - dealing with accounts, taxation , basic GST related matters and IT matters

4. Should have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience (CA Inter) / 2-3 years of operational experience (Qualified CA)

5. Must have worked in a start up

6. Must have worked in an E-commerce D2C company

Skillsets:

1. Working knowledge of Tally and any other accounting ERP

2. working knowledge of Invoicing and E-way bill

3. Advanced MS Excel skills

4. Multi-tasker

5. Good written and communication skills

6. Proficiency in data analysis

7. Should have worked on reporting tools

8. Keen attention to detail.

9. Should be willing to take on additional tasks
