Desired Candidate Profile

Work Experience: Minimum of seven years of full-time paid experience post-graduation

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (10+2+3/4), OR
  • Two-year Master's degree or its equivalent from institutions or universities- with minimum 50% aggregate.
  • Exception: HRM background is not necessary.

Employment Status: Must be employed at the time of application.

Selection: Final selection by IIM Calcutta.
