Programme Overview:

IIM Calcutta's Executive Programme in Operations Management is crafted to equip managers and practitioners with comprehensive knowledge and practices essential in Operations Management within both the service and manufacturing sectors. The programme helps participants gain a deep understanding of proficiently managing processes, resources, and competencies. Tailored to meet the needs of managers engaged in various functional areas such as manufacturing, supply chain roles (including design, procurement, production, logistics, sales, and distribution), and service delivery, this programme is designed to facilitate practical application in diverse organisational settings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree (10+2+3 or equivalent) or Diploma holders (10+2+3) or Master's degree or equivalent from institutions or universities recognised by UGC/AICTE/AIU/DEB.
  • Minimum 50% aggregate marks of all years in either Bachelor's or Master's degree or its equivalent.
  • Participants with less than 50% marks in graduation but 50% or more in post-graduation are also eligible.
  • Candidates should be working and should have a minimum of THREE years of work experience- post completion of qualifying education.
  • Final selection will be done by IIM Calcutta.
