Job Description

- Bachelors / Masters degree in Quantitative disciplines like Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Econometrics or similar.

- Around 6 + years of job experience in the Data Analytics involving advanced statistical/mathematical models, Market Research, Customer Knowledge function and/or consulting industry.

- Work closely with the businesses to identify and prioritize Data Analytics needs and plan and execute practical, high-impact projects and initiatives.

- Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and in-depth knowledge of the business success drivers, industry trends, regulatory issues, and the competitive marketplace.

- Fluency with statistical theory and application, including econometrics, various machine learning techniques i.e., regression analyses, as well as multivariate statistics such as cluster analysis, factor analysis, discriminant analysis, latent variable models or structural equation modeling, segmentation or classification techniques and algorithms, such as decision trees like CHAID, CART etc.

- Very good conceptual acumen in training and testing various machine learning algorithms with deep understanding of statistical model validation techniques
