The person will be responsible to   - Understand the business requirement and design and lead solution   - Ideation and Presentation of solution   - Secure sign-off on the solution from project lead/ stakeholder   - Guide/lead project team members and ensure accuracy in the work delivered by them.  - Developing model algorithm and write codes and   - Compile/compare and presenting the model results.  - Individual Contributor role  Job-Related Skills/ Background :   Programming : SAS, R, SPSS, Stata (at least two of them)  Technical Skillsets :   - Logistic Regression   - Generalized Linear Model  - Decision Tree / CART / CHAID / Random Forest  - SVM / support vector machine  - Na- ve Bayes / Bayesian Network  - Time Series / Forecasting / ARIMA  - Survival Model / Survival Analysis / Proportional Hazard / Cox Regression / Accelerated Failure Time / AFT  - Bayesian Regression / Bayesian GLM / Shrinkage   - ANOVA / Design of Experiments / Controlled Design  Past Business Domains : Predictive Modeling, Predictive Analytics, Customer Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Financial Services, E-Commerce, Data Science   Education : Masters in (either of them):  - Statistics  - Economics & Econometrics  - Operation Research  - Integrated Mathematics and Informatics (only from premiere IITs)  - Preference to candidates from Indian Statistical Institute (ISI).
