Key Roles & Responsibilities : - Lead the Learning and Organization Development function for Lenovo Intelligent Devices Group (IDG) AP. - End to End L&D Lifecycle Management Consulting, Needs Analysis, Design & Development of L&OD Solutions, Implementation, and Evaluation of compelling learning solutions to support business outcomes. - Deliver/ Deploy internal learning solutions and interventions, including the implementation of global programs and initiatives - Continuously improve the operating model to increase efficiency and effectiveness - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at regional and global levels. - Member of AP HR Leadership Team, Global Learning Leadership team with associated responsibilities like the contribution to AP HR Strategy, leading and participating in HR projects and initiatives. Internal Stakeholders : AP HR Head, HR Partners; Business Leaders; Global Learning, OD, Talent, and Product Education Functions. Key Performance Indicators : - Impact on Business Performance correlation with Sales, Customer Centricity, Transformation metrics. - Qualitative and Quantitative feedback from participants, AP & Regional Leadership - Measurable collaboration with other geographies, global teams, and other functions - Demonstration of Lenovo Culture & Leadership Behaviors - Effective use of Budget/Funding - measurable ROI on investment. Key Functional Skills : - Knowledge of B2B and B2C (including eCommerce) Sales Processes and Methodologies - Ability to create and deploy a compelling learning strategy & plan to support business outcomes. - Expert/Master level Facilitator classroom and virtual - Knowledge and experience in using multiple methodologies and technologies in capability development micro-learning, mobile learning, game-based simulations - Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization & collaborate and influence cross-culturally & cross geographically. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to present to senior leadership - Knowledge of any learning technology platforms. Education Qualification : Must-Have : Post Graduate Degree in Management / Behavioral Sciences Desired : - MBA / Equivalent with recognized Certification/Qualification as a Trainer/Facilitator/Coach - Certified in one or more psychometric tools. Desired Work Experience : - 15 + years of L&D Experience with at least 5 years in AP/Global Leadership Roles. - At least 3-5 Experience in Sales Training or Sales Capability Enablement in MNC Organizations. - AsiaPacific Regional Experience Organization transformation experience (E.g. Digital Transformation, Sales Transformation, Products to Services Transformation, Cultural Transformation) will be an added advantage. - Accomplished L&D/OD Facilitator with experience in managing/delivering Leadership Development Interventions
