Core service offerings include business and business interests, intangible assets, financial instruments, personal and real property valuations for a variety of purposes such as financial and tax reporting, mergers and acquisitions in domestic and cross border transactions and litigation.In addition, the group provides support to auditors who are required to perform audit testing procedures for certain clients.  Essential Duties And Responsibilities :  - Plan, organize, manage, and oversee the initial setup of and inputs into various financial models used in business valuation analysis, industry research, and related investigative services.  - Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on business valuation and related services and assess performance of staff for engagement and year-end reviews.  - Assist in the initial setup of and inputs into financial models used to value personal and real property values.  - Work closely with partners and staff on client management and practice development.  - Format and draft I ail report.  - Perform certain quality control procedures (math check, cross reference files and check text)  - Should have relevant experience in executing valuation related to audit assignments, in external PPA, 350 & 718 assignments.  - Should have exp in developing draft reports for each of the above mentioned assignments.  Qualifications And Requirements :  - Must have experience on PPA, 409A, Purchase Price Allocation, Good will impairement.  - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.   - 3+ years of progressive experience in public accounting or consulting with experience in business valuation.  - Certification/license such as CPA or CFA, and valuation credentials such as CVA, ABV, AVA or ASA preferred.  - Accounting, finance, and economics knowledge; proficiency in US GAAP preferred.  - Experience in broad-based business and financial valuations and multi-discipline appraisals, including those of closely-held companies.  - Worked on PPA, 409A,Purchase Price Allocation & Good will impairement.  - Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment.   - Strong leadership, recruiting, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written (including technical writing), and presentation skills.   - Should possess very strong Excel Modeling skills.  - Strong working knowledge on the use of a Bloomberg terminal  - Excellent analytical, research, organizational, and project management skills.   - Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel internationally.
