Fullerton India - Assistant Manager/Manager - Business Analyst

Management of system enhancement and customization with the goal of delivering every change on time, within budget and within scope.

- Manage cost in line with lower revenues

- Ensure that all changes are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

- Ensure adherence to culture with focus on Integrity, Discipline, Teamwork (no silos) & Care

- Ensure strong corporate governance, regulatory compliance & adherence to management model

Self-deliverables

- Responsible for Business requirement, technical design, Business test cases, Training Manual document preparation, Change process management and status reporting for Finnone

- Execute and liaison with users of Finnone requirement for CAS, LMS, PDCMS, CMS, Masters.

- Finnone administration / Governance activities

- Timely delivery with business partner.

- Providing support to testing team during UAT execution.

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

- Deep understanding of user requirements

- Ability to communicate equally well with vendor tech team and user team
