Position : Chief Manager /Senior Manager :Employee Engagement

Location : Mumbai

1.Design, Delivery & Effectiveness of Behavioral workshops, skill development workshops & change management sessions.

2. Employee Engagement, Performance Counseling & enhance employee productivity across

3. Branding initiatives in TA, Centralized Recruitment Drives and Source Mix

4. Revamping and Redesigning Programs

5. Strengthen the Deployment / IJP process and build database of Key Positions.

7. Liasoning with Top Management to Design the Organization Key Focus Areas, conduct Focused group Discussions, and firm up the action plan to enhance Employee Engagement Index & Performance Enablement Index of the organization and respective functions along with HODs.

8. Collaborate with CEO & HODs for Organization & Functional Communication - Digital Town hall (pan India), Monthly Newsletter, CEO Speaks communication, Regional Council, Location Head Contest, Coffee with CEO for a select senior group. Employee Engagement Newsletter etc - to realign employees with Organization Strategy, Functional focus area and strengthen empowerment through collaboration.

9. Design Platforms & SOPs for standardized Employee Engagement initiatives across India, Health & fun at work activities across India to strengthen fun & positive spiral in work place.

10. Design & Implement Initiatives to enhance the Pride, Passion & Excellence in workplace
