About CEB's D&I Leadership Council

Global corporations around the world understand that embracing diversity and inclusion (D&I) can bring a broader range of mindsets and backgrounds into the organization, leading to more effective business outcomes, like decision-making, innovation and better customer service. Although, 77% of executives strongly support diversity initiatives, and organizations expect to focus and invest even more on workplace D&I in the coming years, employees across the globe continue to believe their organizations are ineffective at D&I.

CEB created the CEB Diversity & Inclusion Leadership Council especially for clients who head D&I at the world's leading organizations. This Leadership Council enables D&I executives and their teams to organize their functions, set their D&I strategy, embed D&I in key HR activities and across the enterprise, and leverage many data assets to benchmark against peers.
