A leading FMCG company is looking for Regional Logistics & Customer Operations Purpose of the Job: To enable Sales drive secondary sales and market share through developing a superior route to market capability (from depot to RD / Modern Trade) Specific Responsibilities: 1. Own the primary sales targets jointly with Sales and enable sales to focus on driving secondary sales 2. Ensure availability of relevant SKUs at the distributors as per the agreed Norm. To set the norms in consultation with the sales manager. 3. To ensure a 95% fill rate to Modern Trade through segmented planning and execution 4. To lead a team of outsourced executives for Order Processing at Depot / Region level and handle the escalations made by them. 5. To develop the logistics capability at all depots in the region on running the CRS (continuous replenishment) with RDs. 6. To enable Secondary sales forecasting and improved Demand planning and forecasting accuracy 7. To drive efficiency / improvements in the area of Warehousing, Secondary freight, RODS, Inventory write offs and inventory liquidation costs. Selection Criteria (Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge) _ Post Graduate in Management / Indl. Engg. (NITIE/ IIT SOM), Premier Business School _ Needs to have experienced BP in L&CO role eg.
