Position - Lead HR Generalist, Mumbai for leading MNC bank
Key Expectations
As the Lead HR Generalist
a.. Ensure alignment with business by engaging proactively with business leaders and their respective team members. Be perceived as business partner b.. Lead Talent Acquisition for the group in partnership with the business. This includes sourcing, selection, hiring and inducting right talent. c.. Lead Employee Engagement for the group. Drive forums for two way communication and promote positive employee relations. Drive VoE initiatives in the client group. Be perceived as employee advocate d.. Support the performance management process for the assigned group including addressing performance issues, rewarding superior performance, and communicating performance expectations to employees; manages the overall performance appraisal process; works with managers to source and select top talent, develop succession plans, and identify functional and technical development needs & ensure training to develop employees. e.. Manage Employee Life Cycle Events proactively events like joining, induction, promotion, increments, exit etc. Ensure compensation and benefits management as per policy. Suggest and implement process improvements
a.. Drive human resources practices and policies to ensure standardization and consistency in application of human resource practices and policies. Create and sustain awareness of integrity and discipline. Execute disciplinary actions as required b.. Talent Retention - partner business in tracking & managing talent retention. Leading initiatives to retain talent
As the Leadership Development Support,
a.. Support the 'Talent Inventory Review' process across the consumer bank b.. Develop & Deploy various structured talent management interventions like Talent Development Forum, Talent roundtables c.. Frame and execute recruitment strategy for all entry level and mid career leadership development programs for the consumer bank. Own MA, EMA & SMA programs
Requirements a.. Candidate must possess an MBA in Human Resource from Premier Institute. · 6+ year(s) of working experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
· High energy level with strong customer and service mindset.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to drive change.
· Team player and ability to partner effectively with client groups.
· Great assessment and coaching skills.
· Strong & proven execution & ability to handle multiple tasks.
· Demonstrate leadership skills
