Qualification: MBA from premier institutes-XLRI/ NMIMS/SCMHRD/ SIBM, etc
Responsibilities:
1) Setting up the Employee Systems
2) Employee Policies & Practices
3) Recruitment
4) Induction
5) Payroll
6) Administration
7) Creating a fair PMS for Staff across levels
8) Help implement succession & career plans
9) Job Evaluations & Organization Structure
10) Engagements – Organize Staff engagement.
11) Day to day HR support to staff in their portfolios & functions.
12) Ensures compliance with local legal frameworks and country
policies
13) Counsels managers and staff on HR issues and assists with
conflict resolution.
