Position: Sales Head –India

Experience: 12+ Years

Location: Pune or Mumbai

Educational Qualification: Graduation / MBA or equivalent Degree

Job Description:

Preferred Skill:

- Should have strong experience of BD in Pan India/US/UK Markets

- Must have 12+ years experience BD / Sales in IT Services.

- We need Sales Person to join our fast paced IT Services Company.

- As Sales Head, he will own all sales and new business activity in India, with potential support also for all other geographies.

- Own & consistently deliver all revenue targets, Both Individual and Team Target.

- Develop and implement short & long term sales strategies to grow revenue in the region

- Proven success in driving revenue through the development of long-term strategic relationships

- Should have an extensive network of professional connections with C-level executives

- Demonstrated track record of structuring and managing complex negotiations to successful closure and delivery.

- Ability to take deals to closure with persistent efforts

- Should have lead similar team in past

- Review and management reporting
