Position: Country Head – Manufacturing Operations

Client: Leading MNC company into Industrial & Automotive products

Desired Profile: B.E & MBA with relevant minimum 15 years extensive manufacturing experience at senior management level preferably from MNC industrial manufacturing background.

Location : North India

Job Purpose:

- Overall accountability for achieving the companies production, profitability and safety goals, and cost reduction programs, while exceeding customer expectations across all manufacturing sites in India.

- Responsible for all aspects of planning, organizing and directing of all operational activities of the plant includes safety, quality, maintenance, equipment engineering, purchasing, customer service, distribution, leadership, information systems, finance & human resources.

- Responsibility for management of all existing & planned manufacturing sites in India.

- Works closely with global & regional counterparts on planning, global idea sharing, strategic planning & technological advancement and receiving & providing services.

- Works closely with customers suppliers and government officials as business needs dictate.

- Manage the demands of a manufacturing facility and unexpected customer or production needs.

- Supports other global facilities.
