CA 15-20 yrs exp for Mnc @ Hyd with stability of 3-4 yrs in one org .
Scope of role is
- Planning and Directing – the Finance, Taxation and Company Secretarial functions
- Internal Controls & Tax Compliance
- Audit
- Financial & Business Planning & reviewing
- Funds Management
- Charging Policy
Skills/Experience Required
- Strong Leadership
- Strong organisation and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding and relevant experience in the area of outsourced – ITES / IT /BFSI or equivalent industry
- Global exposure and working in Matrix environment
