Sr.Principal Consultant – Demand Management
Mission: Summarize in one sentence (why does the job exist within the organisation?) Global Application Delivery - Demand planning & allocation across the delivery network
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Define the main responsibilities (4 to 7 in general) that directly aim at the realisation of the purpose of the job, listing them in order of importance, if possible. 1 Detailed Demand planning with BUs / regions / IPO stakeholders 2 Define the right sourcing & global delivery approach specific to the initiative and work distribution across centers 3 Provide demand & capacity projections to ERP/Custom Apps Ops teams for fulfillment 4 Periodic Reviews with key stakeholders within/outside GAD as per RnR to ensure consistency of the process 5 Work effectively with Teams dispersed globally 6 Definition of demand management processes in alignment with other GAD entities/groups 7 Integration with the Program/Transition Management teams on demand/capacity requirements
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: List the quantitative and qualitative indicators on which the job has a concrete and direct impact. They are directly linked to the purpose of the job (goals) as well as to the main activities. 1 Definition & Implementation of Demand/Capacity Management processes 2 Stability in the demand planning & forecast process
MBA 8+ Years of Experience Require Undergrauate Degree Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Knowledge Domain Degree of Knowledge Vendor Management Basic Globalization of IT (Focus on Emerging Countries) Broad IT Demand Management Broad IT Governance Principles Broad Technology (Hardware,Software, Methodology)
