Principal Consultant for India Business - Business Consultant with a generalist perspective of business , industry Consulting , willingness to tap Indian market , and a more Wide approach to consultative sales rather than depth, very good communication skills , understanding of outsourcing / BPO industry in depth. - MBA Regular , Full Time - Tier 1 institute is a MUST,Experience-7+ years.
- The Principal consultant is responsible for Industry specific solutions for business reengineering, planning a road map for outsourcing.
- The person would need to be of consultative mind set since he functions as a consultant on global projects to help the client understand and explore opportunities for reengineering.
- Extremely strong communication and articulation skills to plan and prepare RFI/RFP and other business solutions for the client.
- Being a part of the pre sales team, this person would be in a client facing role to drive business development activities, and prepare and present proposals & solutions to prospective clients.
- The role is client facing, with a lot of aggressive client interaction.
- The person would need to have a very strong understanding of his domain , and be able to relate with the Shared service operating model , and the Value added services that Infosys BPO can leverage in that domain to the client.
- The person will be responsible for solution architecture, pricing for outsourcing solutions, planning and streamlining transitions and ensuring effective implementation of the business solutions with support from team.
- The individual also hold revenue responsibility.
- Managing and motivating a team of high-performers in the solution design team.
- Would continuously conduct due-diligence on existing solutions to suggest possible improvement areas and carry on competitor studies to gain intelligence for better functioning.
- Conducting Process assessment engagements and developing business case for process outsourcing.
- Illustrate process improvement through continuous improvement plan; transformations.
