Now, we have this opening for a Sales Support Manager with the above mentioned client in Gurgaon.

Business Group Overview: SA Revenue Management within BU Multimedia
Our portfolio covers the operator's complete Revenue Management domain from Retail Charging & Billing where we have the successful Charging System as well as the products from LHS, Wholesale Charging & Billing with our Roaming Billing solution and our two new areas Payments and Consumer Information Management.
The position as Sales Support Manager requires a combination of commercial skills, entrepreneurship, solution and technical competence. As a Sales Manager you have broad competence of our Revenue Managements products and business solutions. You will be the prime interface towards the accounts in the regions.
Responsibilities:
Drive the sales of the Revenue Management portfolio from Customer buy-in phase until finished negotiations, through customer workshops, customer adapted business cases, tactics to beat competition, negotiation support etc.
You will be working closely with the Multimedia organization as well as the customer accounts at the MU.
Develop and distribute best practice information to the regions Secure competence transfer/build-up towards the regions
Provide market and product feedback to SA Revenue Management SPM organization.
You are required to build up a deep experience and knowledge in the Revenue Management product portfolio.
Tight synchronization with sales support and own team. Understand the market needs for our customers.
Understand the product plan and system development plan.
Understand the market windows for the market features Build a wide personal network to be able to gain enough information to take quick and accurate enough decisions.
Desired Profile:
Experience: 8 -12 Years
To be successful in this position you should have at least 5 years of experience of telecommunication with an extensive business and technical understanding of the Service Layer and preferably the Revenue Management area as well as excellent recommendations.
You must have the ability to tailor and present the solution offering in a commercial context to relevant levels of customer management. Previous background as Account Manager or equivalent is a plus.
You must have the ability to develop basic Business cases for a certain Operator situation.
Excellent understanding of commercial factors impact on operators business decision (e.g. regulations, balance sheet, market prices, competitive environment)
Highly developed communication and language skills. Demonstrated negotiation skills. Fast learner. The job requires extensive traveling.
University degree in Business, Engineering or related fields.
